Why Is A Start Service Application Needed?
A service application is essential for several reasons. Firstly, it helps us identify the service address where service will be established. Additionally, it enables customers to provide a mailing address to ensure they receive their bills promptly. Moreover, it allows us to create their account and accurately apply all charges necessary to establish service effectively.
How Long Does It Take To Establish Service
At Az Utility, we strive to make the process of establishing service as efficient as possible. Typically, it takes 3 to 5 business days to establish service. It's important to note that this timeframe begins once we've received payment for any required deposit and establishment fees. Rest assured, we work diligently to expedite this process and get your service up and running promptly.
If you're requesting a start date for Saturday, rest assured it will be connected on Friday. Similarly, if you prefer to commence service on Sunday, it will be initiated on Monday. Our business operates from Monday to Friday, ensuring that your service requests are promptly addressed within our operational hours. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
How Will I Pay For Service Application
Once a member of our staff has created your account, you will receive instructions to visit our web portal. From there, you can either create an online account or proceed as a guest to make your payment and establish service. Once payment has been successfully processed, we will promptly schedule a technician to connect your service as quickly as possible
Stop Service
Why Is A Stop Service Form Needed?
A stop service form is essential to facilitate a smooth transition as you discontinue your service. It ensures that we have your forwarding address on file for your final bill. Additionally, if there are any credits or deposits remaining, the form allows us to process a refund check if applicable.
Can I Stop Service On The Weekend?
If a stop service is requested for the weekend, we will do our best to accommodate as closely to Saturday or Sunday as possible. However, please note that service stop requests must be processed during business days, Monday to Friday.
If My Final Bills Shows A Credit When Will I Receive The Refund?
Rest assured, any refund checks will be issued within 30 days of stopping service, ensuring that all financial matters are properly addressed as you conclude your service with us.
